This ex-designer fabric is light and floaty chiffon.  Navy and grey brushstroke lines form a pattern of diagonal stripes on a burgundy background.  Super drapey and sheer, may need to be lined depending on personal preference.  Perfect for a big floaty dress or a wrap top with gathered sleeves!
